SNEAK PEEK: WOLF VS. GOAT CHINOS (PART 2)

(posted by pai)

Yesterday (please note I have made the word "yesterday" a clickable link for those who are too lazy to scroll down one blog post) we gave you a sneak peek at the different colorways the much-anticipated Wolf vs. Goat chinos will be available in. Today is part two (the re-re-remix) of the yesterday's blog post. Today, we'll be showing you actual fit pics of the chino! (Jersey Shore fist pump).

Mauro, the model, shows off the chinos for us here:

As you can see, the Wolf vs. Goat chinos are extremely versatile. They can be worn while staring into the sun with your arms crossed, while standing casually with your hands in your pockets, while sitting spread-eagle on a keg of Natural Light, or even while lifting heavy objects/stealing the aforementioned keg.

Mauro is wearing a sz. 32 charcoal chino. The charcoal is washed and treated (hence the lighter looking color), which you didn't really see in the dip cards we showed yesterday. The fit is slim but not too slim with a mid-low rise. All around, I'd say the Wolf and the Goat nailed it.

In the meantime, if you've got a big time craving for some Wolf vs. Goat clothing in your life, be sure to check out ShopFarinellis.com, because the Fall/Winter '09 collection is on sale and going fast. We still have a few of the Before Dinner Shirt in Orange Plaid left too:

What do you guys think? Digging the fit on the chinos? Maybe you just had a bad day and need someone to vent to? Go ahead and let us know in a comment, we're very good listeners...

SNEAK PEEK: WOLF VS. GOAT CHINO COLORS

(posted by pai)

Ok... I'm not going to lie-the last blog post? Pretty embarrassing. We are going to take a second and apologize for telling you our website is going to be down and calling it a blog update. It's just not right. It's Thursday. Thursday is somehow after Wednesday, yet before Friday, and that deserves to be celebrated. At the very least, I think it deserves a better blog update than "hey our site's going to be down Monday."

Anyway, I'm here to give Thursday the justice it deserves, and if you read the title of this blog post (I'd be kind of surprised if you missed it since it's in all caps up at the top of this page), you know that I have a banger of an update for you today.

Our very own Mauro "Don't Call Me Mario" Farinelli has recently signed off on all five colors for this season's chinos! I don't know about you, but that makes me want to fist pump like I'm on the Jersey Shore. Here's a sneak peek at the five colorways:

ESPRESSO

JALAPENO

KHAKI

RED

CHARCOAL

Keep in mind my photography skills are amateur at best, and the colors are a little bit different in person, but at least you get an idea of what colors the WvG chinos will be in. Our favorite is the red colorway, which will be done in a smaller batch than any of the other colors. There will only be twenty-five total red chinos made, so if you want a pair, you'd better get in line!

The chinos are expected to go into production in February and we are hoping they will be in our hands, ready to sell, by the end of the same month. The best way to know when they will be released? Keep reading this blog, because I know everything, and when I choose to share some of my infinite knowledge with you, I usually do it via clever blog post.

Anyway, what colors are you guys digging the most? Feedback is always appreciated. You can either comment on the blog, on the Facebook post about this blog, or you can shoot us an e-mail at info@shopfarinellis.com We'd love to hear from you!

In the meantime, while you anxiously await the chinos to be made, you can go to ShopFarinellis.com and check out the Wolf vs. Goat Fall/Winter '09 collection, including the Dandy Work Pants, which are currently on sale:
