SHIPPING POLICY CHANGES

Hey everyone! We wanted to let you guys know that we've had to make some changes to our shipping policy on ShopFarinellis.com. Here are our new shipping rates:

United States

USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) - $8

USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) - $20

Canada

USPS Canada Priority Mail (approximately 6-10 business days) - $20

USPS Canada Express Mail (approximately 5 business days) - $35

International (unchanged)

USPS International Priority Mail (approximately 6-10 business days) - $30

USPS International Express Mail (approximately 5 business days) - $40

We want to make sure our customers know why we had to make these changes to our shipping policy, the most obvious of which being the current economic climate. While our great customers (like you) have been absolutely amazing and kept us alive through the recession, it's no secret that all retailers are looking to cut costs and save where they can. Taking into consideration the recent rise in shipping costs, we felt like this was the best way for us to continue to bring you the best in premium menswear.

We have also chosen to no longer ship via UPS. UPS' shipping is, in our opinion, considerably slower than USPS, although they do provide a better tracking service. We figured that you would rather have your item sooner, rather than know exactly where it is at any given time. USPS also has a delivery confirmation service that acts as tracking, so you aren't really losing anything there. If for some reason you need to have your item shipped via UPS, we will work with you so that you receive your package as fast as possible.

We feel as though our shipping policies are still competitive with those of other websites, and we want to reassure all of our customers that we will continue to deliver the same high level of customer service that you have become accustomed to at Farinelli's. We will go above and beyond any expectations you have for us to ensure that you have the best online shopping experience possible.
